The Mid-Maryland WIB’s mission, in partnership with the local elected officials in Carroll and Howard Counties, is to provide leadership in strengthening a responsive and effective workforce development system.

The Board is comprised of representatives and leaders from businesses in Carroll and Howard Counties and workforce development organizational partners. The Mid-MD WIB is a catalyst for system-wide workforce services coordination and delivery and meets quarterly or as needed to address workforce issues.
